We started BoxMate after years in the coaching trenches. These are the tools we wished we had.
Our story
20+ years writing software. 10+ years in IT operations. 10+ years lifting at the box. After enough time on both sides — as the person who builds the tools and the person who shows up to a 6:30 class — the gap was hard to miss: box owners deserve software that fits how the floor actually works, at a price small affiliates can afford.
BoxMate isn't here to claim it's better than what's out there. It's here to be the tool the community would build for itself if it had the time. We listen to owners about the admin hours they want back, to coaches about what slows them down on the floor, and to athletes about what they actually want to track. That feedback is what drives every release — and what keeps us showing up to make it better.
